Ordering Process
The minimum order quantity is 1 carton. You may place an order with us by ordering online, telephone or email. When an order is placed, we will send you an order acknowledgement email, detailing the products you have ordered. Once we have checked your order, you will be sent an email allowing you to go to checkout to pay for your order.
We may refuse to accept an order and/or terminate transactions with/without any reasons including but not being limited to:
- Where Goods, Services, or Information ordered by you are not available.
- Where we have not been able to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- If there has been a pricing or product description error.
- If we do not deliver to your area.
Prices
Any units of currency including pricing displayed on the website, unless stated otherwise, are quoted in Pounds Sterling, also known as the British Pound, the Pound, or Sterling. Payments will only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. The standard rate of VAT of 20% is to be applied on all goods, subject to normal international exemption rules. Delivery costs may also be added to the total price of goods.
Stock
We have taken great care to ensure that the website is updated as often as possible. Products/shades/prices are subject to change at any time. However, we will endeavour to inform you prior to dispatch of any pricing changes.
Errors and Omissions
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that services, product and prices are accurate and clearly detailed, Fiorella Shoes Ltd accept no liability for any errors or omissions.
Payment
Payment is on a pro-forma basis (which means we must receive cleared payment before we dispatch your order), by credit or debit card via PayPal, bank transfer, or cheque. If you are paying via bank transfer you will need to call us for us to provide the relevant details. Cheques are to be made payable to “Fiorella Shoes Ltd”.
Delivery Times & Dispatch Goods
For delivery in U.K we aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of your order being made (excluding Sat/Sun). Orders sent are shipped via ‘UK Mail’ and will require a signature upon arrival. Orders will be only shipped to your shipping address you have provided when placing your order. Overseas deliveries will be collected by your/our appointed shipper.
Damages / Returns
We make every effort to ensure all goods are dispatched in excellent condition. However, should there be a problem or fault with any of our goods please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Any items that are returned must be done so in their original packaging and must be sent to us in fine condition. If not, we reserve the right to not issue a refund. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
